Order is Placed

You have just completed your order with Laze! As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. From here we will process the order in 1-2 days before sending it out for delivery.

Processed & Coming To A Bed Near You

Once the order has been processed and is with the courier you will be provided a tracking number. Please refer to the tracking number for shipping updates. Do keep in mind the shipping dates that we provide is the date your order will most likely arrive. Shipping is sometimes delayed or sped up for reasons outside of our control.

Out For Delivery

A better night’s sleep is not too far away! Once you see this in the courier tracking we will make a delivery attempt that day. For residential addresses we will leave your package if it is safe to do so. If the location is not safe to leave the package unsupervised we will make a second delivery attempt the following day.

The 100 Night Mattress Trial explained

The Laze Mattress comes with a 100 Night Trial. This trial period starts from the date of delivery and gives you more than three months to decide if you love this mattress.

Return during trial period

If you are not completely 100% satisfied with the Laze Mattress all you have to do is reach out to our customer service team (link this to an email form for customer service). Our customer service team will take you through the return process and work with you to arrange a pickup at no charge to you!
If you accidentally order the mattress in the wrong size the trial period gives you a free one-time size exchange. Choosing to request a size exchange will void the trial, and make you ineligible for any further exchanges or returns.

Every customer is eligible for the trial period for their first purchase from Lazemattress.com. The trial is not transferable. Trial is only valid for customers who buy through Lazemattress.com and not third party channels.

Box springs or slatted frames You can use the Laze mattress with most bed frames. Our recommendation is to use the mattress on a traditional box spring or have it sit on top of a slatted base. A box spring or slatted base proved sufficient support while at the same time giving the mattress enough to room to breathe and air out so that it does not overheat. What we do not recommend is putting the mattress on a solid base or directly on the floor because that would not allow heat to dissipate also there is a chance for dirt and moisture to get trapped in the mattress. It is important to keep the mattress properly supported, when it comes to distributing body heat and helping you stay cool through the night.

Laze Mattress 15 Year Limited Warranty

The Laze Mattress is covered by a 15 year limited warranty. For the duration of 15 years following your purchase we will offer a onetime replacement or repair of the original mattress size purchased for any manufacturer defect covered under our warranty. This includes all components of the mattress. There is no fee or charge to the customer to claim warranty. If warranty is claimed during your trial period we will pause the trial for the time it takes to replace the mattress, the trial period will continue once the replacement is delivered.

What the Limited Warranty Covers:

The mattress to have a visible indentation greater than one (1) inch, not associated with an improper foundation or misuse.
Physical flaws that cause the foam to split or crack despite normal usage

What the Limited Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • The foam getting softer with use
  • Preference of comfort or size of the mattress
  • Stains, cuts, tears, burns, liquid damage, moisture damage resulting from customers environment
  • Damage caused to the mattress because of an inadequate foundation.
  • Product that is sold by an unauthorized retailer or product that is in any way sold as “used” or any other similar wording indicating the product is not “new.”

Except for the terms provided above, Laze will not charge the purchasers to repair or replace a purchaser’s mattress if it is deemed defective during the length of this 15-year Limited Warranty. No new warranty will be provided for the replacement product. Any warranty claim is only applicable within the country of original delivery, to the same customer name, warranty is nontransferable.

  3. Remove the plastic cover from the mattress – Add picture of removing plastic
  4. Let it Expand

Your laze mattress will now begin to expand back into its regular size and will be ready to sleep on right away. It will take about a week for it to get to its perfect comfort level

How to return the mattress
If your mattress is still within the trial period, you may be eligible for a return. Please get in touch with our customer service team and begin your free, no charge return. Insert link here to customer service form.

The Return Process

  • Once you have contacted customer service regarding the return. We will do the following
    Confirm the mattress is in the trial period and verify the shipping information.
  • We would ask the reason for the return.
  • Arrange a pickup date with you for the return.
  • Process a refund to the credit card used during the initial purchase as soon as we have
    Confirmed the pickup.

Note: When our pick-up partners arrive to remove your mattress, be sure to request a pick-up receipt and snap a photo of the mattress being loaded into the vehicle. Send both to the Customer Care team and we’ll ask our Billing team to process your refund as soon as possible.
