First-time Laze Mattress customers qualify for one (1) 100 Night Trial on a Laze Mattress ordered from lazemattress.com The trial is not transferable. Trial is only valid for customers who buy through Lazemattress.com and not third party channels.
A maximum of four (4) Laze Mattresses (including the original) are eligible for the trial. Any orders placed using the same credit card, email address, billing address, or shipping address will be considered as being placed by the same customer. Contact our Customer Service team to confirm your order’s eligibility if you are unsure.
Once a customer has made a return within their 100 Night Trial, they are not eligible for another trial on the same mattress size category. The 100 Night Trial is non-transferable. All returns require proof of purchase. Laze Mattress products ordered through a third-party retailer website or brick and mortar store are not eligible for the 100 Night Trial
If the customer orders the incorrect size, a one-time size exchange will be offered within the 100 Night Trial. This exchange request must be communicated to Laze Mattress within the 100 Night Trial period. Choosing to request a size exchange will void the trial, and make you ineligible for any further exchanges or returns. Laze Mattress strongly recommends that customers confirm they select the correct size for their sleeping requirements before they place their order.
Once the replacement product has been received, failure to return the original product will be considered authorization to charge your credit card for the price of the replacement item. If the original product is not returned to the address provided on the return label, it will be assumed that the original mattress is in serviceable condition, and the customer is taking ownership and financial responsibility for both products.
Shipping Terms of Service
Free shipping is available within the 10 Canadian provinces, and there is a non-refundable shipping surcharge for orders that require shipping to the Canadian Territories. There are no fees or warranty deductibles for returned products during the 100 Day Trial or 10 Year Warranty periods. Transportation of any replacement mattress is free to any provincial street address in Canada.
Should you arrange for a delivery service or option provided directly through one of Laze Mattress delivery providers, the delivery contract will be directly between you and the delivery partner. Laze Mattress will no longer be able to act as your primary point of contact for shipping inquiries should you agree to delivery terms outside of our standard shipping arrangements.
The Laze Mattress Returns Policy
Any returned product type will not be eligible for additional subsequent trials. For example, if you return a Laze Mattress, you will not be eligible for another 100 Night Trial on future Laze Mattress orders.
Any environmental and/or customer-inflicted damage (such as stains, burns, or unreasonable wear and tear caused by water) will disqualify the customer’s ability to exchange or return the Laze Mattress product. Further, to ensure that returned mattresses can be donated to charities, all returns must be in good condition and free of stains and/or damage.
There is a mandatory 25 day period before your Laze Mattress is eligible for return or exchange. In the event of a return, the pickup address can differ from the original delivery address, but it must be a valid street address within any of the Canadian provinces.
Customers may return a maximum of four (4) Laze mattresses per initial order (meaning that the initial order must have been for four or more mattresses) and validated by the order number, customer name, or shipping address.
The 25 day adjustment period.
For many people the Laze Mattress is a dream come true at first sleep. But for others, it might take a few weeks for your body to fully adjust to the unique and proper support of the Laze Mattress.
Not to worry! This is perfectly normal. You might wake sore for a week or two as your body adapts and adjusts, but you’ll soon experience the best sleep of your life.
Why is there an adjustment period?
This is a perfectly valid Question. The truth is conventional mattresses do not correctly support or keep your body aligned while you rest. Over the years your body has gotten used to incorrect support systems.
Because of this improper compensation, your body will take some time to re balance and align itself to the correct position. Soon your body will be thanking you as you wake up perfectly rested on a daily basis.
100 Night Trial Refund Terms
Once the mattress pickup has been completed and confirmed, your refund will be processed back onto the original card used for the purchase. This typically occurs within 5 business days after the pickup. Standard processing time for the funds to be posted by your bank is 3-5 business days, though Laze Mattress can only be held responsible for the return of the funds to your account through our payment service provider.
How to return your Laze Mattress
If you are not completely 100% satisfied with the Laze Mattress all you have to do is reach out to our customer service team (link this to an email form for customer service). Our customer service team will take you through the return process and work with you to arrange a pickup at no charge to you! Once a return is requested and the required information has been provided, you will be contacted directly by our pickup partner for your area to schedule an appointment.
In urban centres, a partner will usually contact you within 2-5 business days. In rural areas, it may take up to 3 weeks for a suitable pickup partner to be arranged.
While our partners will do their best to arrange for a time that’s convenient for you or your family, pickups will ultimately be subject to the delivery provider’s availability. Pickup will occur only during their standard operating hours (generally weekdays only). You must accommodate pickup by the selected partner within 3 weeks of being contacted by this partner, or your return request will be voided. If a return arrangement is not made within the trial period, you will not be eligible to make another return request.
Promotional codes or offers cannot be combined. Also promotional codes cannot be used in combination with the financing option available through PayBright.
Website User Agreement
You agree that Laze Mattress may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of its website. We also reserve the right to block your access to Laze Mattress social media channels and other resources for any reason, including, without limitations, breach of this User Agreement. We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. If the changes are material, we’ll let you know by email or by posting a notice on the website before the changes go into effect.
The notice will designate a reasonable amount of time (the “Notice Period”) after which the new terms will go into effect for all users.
Any suspected illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship with Laze Mattress, and the matter may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon such suspension or termination of this relationship, your right to use the information and resources we provide will immediately cease. We reserve the right to remove or delete any information that you may Laze Mattress has on file about you, including any account, contact or login information.
